Welcome to ASTRA.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ASTRA’s decentralized platform and smart contract infrastructure. By using ASTRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
1. What Is ASTRA?
ASTRA is a non-custodial, crypto-native payment protocol that enables users to create and manage on-chain subscriptions, tips, and other recurring or one-time transactions — without intermediaries.
ASTRA does not store funds or control wallets.
Payments are executed directly between users via audited smart contracts on supported blockchains.
2. Eligibility
You may use ASTRA only if:
You are 18 years or older,
You are legally allowed to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction,
You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where crypto transactions are restricted or prohibited.
3. Non-Custodial Disclaimer
ASTRA is 100% non-custodial.
We do not hold your tokens, private keys, or wallet access.
You are solely responsible for your wallet security and transaction approvals.
Transactions are executed on-chain; we cannot reverse or intervene in payments.
4. Permitted Use
You agree not to use ASTRA for:
Illegal or unauthorized activities (e.g., money laundering, fraud, scams),
Hosting or selling prohibited content or services,
Attempting to exploit, attack, or misuse ASTRA smart contracts or front-end tools.
We reserve the right to restrict access to users or addresses that abuse the system or violate these terms.
5. Platform Fees
ASTRA charges a protocol fee for creators/merchants.
Fees are transparently shown and automatically deducted from smart contract transactions.
There are no hidden fees for end users other than blockchain gas fees.

6. Smart Contracts & Risks
By interacting with ASTRA, you understand and accept:
The irreversible nature of blockchain transactions,
The possibility of smart contract vulnerabilities or bugs,
Volatility in token values and gas fees,
The use of third-party wallets (e.g., Phantom, Metamask), which we do not control.
ASTRA is provided “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee of uptime, compatibility, or future feature availability.
7. Intellectual Property
All visual assets, website content, logos, and documentation are the intellectual property of ASTRA, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify ASTRA content without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ASTRA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You use ASTRA at your own risk.
This includes losses due to smart contract failure, wallet compromise, incorrect payments, or reliance on third-party services.
9. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of ASTRA after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to ASTRA if:
You violate these Terms,
You are flagged for suspicious or illegal activity,
You misuse the platform in ways that harm other users or the network.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ASTRA Labs is legally incorporated. All disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless otherwise specified.
