Setup and Integration

Welcome to the setup hub for Astra. Here’s a loose walkthrough of how things typically work when creators integrate Astra with their content, community, or platforms.


How do I connect Astra with my Telegram group, or other spaces?

We’re currently onboarding select creators through a guided setup. Most users get connected in under 5 minutes via a link-based system that syncs roles and payments.

Note: Role-based access is optional. Astra is flexible, from simple payments to gated communities.


Do subscribers need a wallet?

Yes, a crypto wallet is required to interact with Astra. We recommend wallets like Phantom and Solflare.

Most users complete the first payment in under a minute.


Can I offer multiple subscription tiers?

Yes. You can set up flexible pricing like weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Each tier can be linked to a different utility, access level, or role. Everything is designed to be modular.


Can I edit my pricing or plans later?

Yes, plans can be adjusted through your dashboard. Pricing, billing frequency, and accepted tokens can all be updated. Existing subscribers are unaffected unless stated.

Astra is designed for dynamic pricing, ideal for creators who experiment with offers.


Can I remove a plan?

Yes. You can disable any plan with a single click from your backend. The link becomes inactive, and associated automation like reminders, access, or roles pauses instantly.


How do payment reminders work?

Our smart contract system tracks when a user’s subscription is about to end.

If renewal fails or auto-charge isn’t supported, for example on certain tokens, Astra sends a gentle reminder via Telegram or email if configured.

If payment still isn’t made within a grace period, access is paused. Users can re-subscribe at any time.
